Pricing is done in Canadian Dollars The currency conversion that is calculated during the checkout process is automatically provided by Paypal and will be the amount charged.  Full Circle Star is in no way responsible for any discrepancy  between the two amounts.

Pre-orders and Pre- selling

Full Circle Star is happy to reserve styles not yet in stock by pre-selling.  Full payment is required in order to reserve items. Full Circle Star will only reserve items that they have on order from the supplier. When the stock arrives, you will be shipped immediately.   There are times that items are cancelled or short shipped from the manufacturer and we will not be able to honour your order; this is out of our control.  In these cases, you will receive notice and a refund telling you that your item is no longer available.  Delivery dates for Pre-orders are according to the suppliers schedule and we will try our best to honour them but we cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.  Refunds can be issued at any time prior to shipping.  Once we have shipped an item you must follow the refund and return policy as outlined below.

At fullcirclestar.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return items that are unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a returned item is in its original condition.  Refunds will be given by the same method that payment was taken.

The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. In order to return a product for an exchange or refund you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number. When contacting us, we will need:

• The invoice number of the item

• The date the item was received

• Your full name and address

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card upon receipt of the item, minus the original shipping fee. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

How to Ship Returns

Please send your prepaid and insured returns of unused merchandise, with receipt and all tags in tact, by a traceable method of shipment to the address provided to you along with your Return Authorization. When you are sending your items, we ask that you use an insured carrier such as Canada Post, USPS, Federal Express or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily and process your return more quickly. Please note that fullcirclestar.com cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
