Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our facility in Thornhill, Ontario/Canada, within 3 business days(M-F), after payment is received.  This 3-day timeframe does not cover weekends, legal holidays or vacation shutdowns.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  A tracking number may or may not be provided.  This is dependent on the method of shipping that is selected.  As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to confirm it and provide you with your tracking number (if the shipping method includes one).

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.  An incorrect address may cause delay in shipping.  Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer.

Shipping charges are based on several factors, including the size, weight and destination of the package as well as the shipping method.

Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post.  Fullcirclestar.com is not responsible for any delayed deliveries or lost packages by Canada Post or Border Customs.  If your order is not received after 15 business days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact us and we will place a request to trace your shipment.  Canada Post will not open an investigation for missing parcels until 45 days after the shipping date.

Fullcirclestar.com is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees and taxes.  All those charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Purchases made by international customers are not subject to any Canadian taxes.  However, they may be subject to duties and taxes when they enter in to the destination country from Canada.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Additionally, brokerage fees may be incurred by the customer for clearing customs.  fullcirclestar.com is not in a position to state what these costs may be as they vary. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be incurred.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from fullcirclestar.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
